Shipping & Returns
I want your shopping experience with my brand to be as smooth and enjoyable as the jewelry I create. Below you will find everything you need to know about the shipping and returns process.

Shipping Information
Currently, shipments are within Greece and to selected international destinations. All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days with Geniki Takhydromiki for Greece and with Greek Post Service (ELTA) for abroad. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note that during peak periods or promotions, processing and delivery times may be slightly delayed.

Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I am here to help. I accept returns within 14 days of delivery on undamaged, undamaged jewelry in its original packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, contact me at lussumarso@gmail.com stating your order number and the reason for the return. Always accompany it with the sales receipt.
No returns will be accepted if you do not contact me first.

The return of the package is made exclusively through Geniki Takhydromiki at my own expense. In case you choose to ship with another courier company, I have no responsibility for receiving the package or covering the shipping costs.
Returns are free for orders within Greece.

Shipping costs for international returns are borne by the customer.

Once I receive and inspect your returned product, I will refund your money to the original payment method within 20 business days. The refund amount only includes the value of the products and not the original shipping cost.
